FINANCE and National Planning Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says during the recent trip to the United Kingdom, investors made it known that they were pleased with a number of reforms being undertaken by government. And Dr Musokotwane says NAPSA is yet to confirm whether it will be among the institutions which will partly fund the Lusaka-Ndola Dual Carriageway road project, following Macro Ocean Investment Consortium’s intention to borrow funds from the authority and other financiers.
