MINES and Minerals Development Minister Paul Kabuswe says the deal that government will announce concerning Konkola and Mopani Copper Mines will be so good that it will restore citizens’ confidence. In an interview, Monday, Kabuswe said the delay to announce partners was due to some legal issues. “Of course there has been a delay.
