MINISTER of Finance and National Planning Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says Zambia’s debt restructuring does not mean people will now live like Europeans, but life will certainly get better. And Former Finance Minister Ng’andu Magande says the joy he feels is similar to that he felt when the country managed to get its debt written off in 2004.
