THE Ministry of Finance and National Planning has announced that a Memorandum of Understanding has been agreed with Zambia’s Official Creditor Committee (OCC) on the comprehensive debt treatment agreed in June 2023. According to a statement issued by the ministry, Saturday, the MoU formalises the agreement reached in June with official creditors.
