OIL Marketing Companies Association of Zambia (OMCAZ) president Dr Kafula Mubanga says it was expected that the Energy Regulation Board would maintain the fuel prices for January 2024. And Dr Mubanga has urged government to expedite the process of reviewing the fuel pricing model to come up with a “better one”. Meanwhile, Dr Mubanga has proposed that in order to help strengthen the kwacha in 2024, accounts of those dealing in petroleum products must be domiciled in Zambia.
