KCM employees have grown impatient, demanding that both government and Vedanta must attach some seriousness to normalising operations at the mine, rather than always giving stories about court processes. Meanwhile, Vedanta Resources has announced that it has commenced funding to Konkola Copper Mines (KCM) and has disbursed $25 million for employee salaries, contract labour among other critical services.
