PARLIAMENTARY Committee on Parastatal Bodies Chairperson, Brian Kambita, says there has been carelessness at the National Road Fund Agency (NRFA) in the past, and the appointment of Noel Nkoma to head the institution will bring financial discipline. In an interview, Monday, Kambita said changes at NRFA were expected because the board had been underperforming. “As for the changes and the turn over [at NRFA], of course that is expected, especially when performance is not at optimum.
