THE Energy Regulation Board (ERB) has assured motorists that there are adequate diesel stocks available at Tazama Petroleum Products Limited, Ndola Fuel Terminal, for uplift by Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs). Meanwhile, the Ministry of Energy, together with the ERB, met with OMCs on Tuesday to discuss the challenges OMCs are facing in supplying petroleum products and find lasting solutions to these issues. ERB says among the efforts being considered to address these challenges is the issuance of tenders for the Open Access use of the TAZAMA pipeline to enable various OMCs to import products by pipeline.
