THE Non-governmental Gender Organisations’ Coordinating Council (NGOCC) has proposed an increase in the Pay As You Earn threshold from K5,100 to K5,500 in the 2025 national budget. And NGOCC has further proposed a reduction in the PAYE tax rate from 37 to 35 percent.
