THE Public Service Micro Finance Company Limited (PSMFC) says it has financed K3.8 million in September to civil servants accessing the solar loan facility. In an interview, Wednesday, PSMFC Executive Chief Officer Mubanga Mwiko said the traffic by civil servants to access the solar loan facility had been tremendous. Mwiko said the company was receiving about 20 applications almost on a daily basis. “Traffic has increased, it has almost tripled. I think there has really been a big demand on solar uptake.
