RENOWNED engineer Professor Clive Chirwa says it is mind-boggling for President Hakainde Hichilema to beg Toyota to come to Zambia when he can’t give opportunities to local firms like AUVIV. In his recent visit to Japan, President Hichilema urged Toyota Motors Corporation to establish a parts manufacturing plant in Zambia.
