MINES and Minerals Development Minister Paul Kabuswe says government is constructing Gold Marketing Centers across the country in a bid to help Small Scale Artisanal Miners maximise their profits by avoiding abuse from briefcase buyers. During the Questions for Oral Answer Session in the National Assembly on Tuesday, Roan MP Joel Chibuye asked the Mines Minister if government had intentions of creating a central mineral market where all the minerals being discovered across the country could be sold.
