THE Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) has impounded a truck that was carrying 300 cases of Konyagi beer, concealed under sacks of kapenta, potatoes and clothes. In a statement, Wednesday, the authority stated that government would have lost K418,135.43 in tax revenue from the undeclared consignment. “The Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) has impounded a light containerised truck that was carrying 300 cases of Konyagi beer, concealed under sacks of kapenta, potatoes and clothes. The truck with registration number BLC 3320, and currently parked at ZRA Makeni Yard, was intercepted in Kapiri Mposhi on Saturday 19th July, 2025 and escorted to Lusaka for further investigation.
