CONSTITUTIONAL lawyer John Sangwa has told the Constitutional Court that Times of Zambia newspaper has equally refused to publish an advert in which he was seeking to serve court process on the presidential running mates who have been petitioned. This is a matter in which historian Dr Sishuwa Sishuwa has petitioned the Constitutional Court seeking a declaration that the 16 presidential running mates have not complied with the Constitution by failing to pay nomination fees and providing 100 supporters from each of the 10 provinces.
