LUBANSENSHI and Nakonde PF members of parliament have challenged the nullification of their seats in the Constitutional Court, citing irregularities in the judgements. Lubansenshi MP Kabwe Chewe has cited Patrick Mucheleka and George Mwamba as respondents while Nakonde MP Luka Simumba has cited Patson Simwanza and the Electoral Commission of Zambia as respondents in the matter.
