A BUSINESS executive has told the court how he was, in June 2016, requested by the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) to provide it with a list of names of people who had applied to buy plots in a project he was spearheading in Chalala, Lusaka. Lombe Andrew Bwalya, who is the third witness in the matter, told magistrate Faides Hamaundu, who is sitting as Economic and Financial Crimes court, that he was undertaking a project of selling land in Chilala on behalf of the owner of the land and he advertised the same in the newspapers.
