A LUSAKA resident who is accused of causing the death of former Kabwata UPND MP Levy Mkandawire through dangerous driving has pleaded guilty to the charge. Alick Kalengo, a 51-year-old business executive, pleaded guilty after Lusaka High Court judge Ruth Chibbabbuka read out the amended charge to him. Kalengo is charged with causing death by dangerous driving Contrary to Section 161 (1) of the Road Traffic Act No 11 of 2002 of the Laws of Zambia.
