DISMISSED High Court judge Joshua Banda has submitted that he was punished by a biased Judicial Complaints Commission (JCC) that had no jurisdiction to hear the complaint against him. He has submitted that JCC had a pre-determined finding even before analysing of the evidence as they kept on mentioning that they would do a report to the President which is only done if there is a prima facie case, and not when there is no prima facie case found.
