A BUILDING contractor has testified that he was involved in the construction of a double-storey house for former deputy Inspector General of Police Charity Katanga at the contract sum of K1.8 million. Osman Dodia was testifying in a matter in which Katanga is facing one count of possession of property reasonably suspected of being proceeds of crime.
