PF member Chishimba Kambwili and Lusaka businessman Charles Kakula have appeared before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court and pleaded not guilty to charges of unlawful assembly and expressing or showing hatred, ridicule, or contempt for persons because of race. Kambwili and Kakula are facing one count of definitions of unlawful assembly and riot, while Kakula is also facing another charge of expressing or showing hatred, ridicule, or contempt for persons because of race.
