THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has again extended the return of a warrant of arrest issued against former president Edgar Lungu’s political advisor Kaizer Zulu to November 14 after learning that the accused is still on the run. Magistrate Silvia Munyinya extended the return of the bench warrant yesterday after she was informed by the sureties that the bench warrant hadn’t been executed. In June this year, Magistrate Munyinya issued a bench warrant against Zulu for missing court sessions in a matter in which he is charged with two counts of failing to appear before the nearest immigration officer and failing to surrender a diplomatic passport.
