THE State has urged the High Court’s Economic and Financial Crimes Court to dismiss an application by former president Edgar Lungu’s son, Dalitso, to set aside the DPP’s forfeiture proceedings on account of irregularities. Dalitso had asked the court to set aside for irregularities, a matter in which the DPP had asked the court to forfeit his properties to the State.
