PF faction Secretary General Rapheal Nakacinda has lodged a complaint against Miles Sampa and Morgan Ng’ona before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for the offences of perjury and forgery. And Nakacinda has asked Director of Public Prosecutions Gilbert Phiri to grant him consent to privately prosecute the matter. Sampa and Ng’ona are facing four counts of perjury, attempting to commit an offence and forgery.
