FORMER KCM Provisional Liquidator Milingo Lungu has filed a notice in the Constitutional Court to discontinue a matter in which he sued the state challenging the removal of his immunity from prosecution. Lungu has asked the court to discontinue the case so as to allow parties to discuss its resolution away from court. In this matter, Lungu cited the Attorney General, DEC Senior Investigations Officer under its Anti Money Laundering Unit Boyd Munalula and the Administrator General as respondents.
