SHIWANG’ANDU PF MP Stephen Kampyongo has told the Lusaka Magistrate court that he earned about K18 million from his government portfolios and business, contrary to what the state had purported. The lawmaker also told the court that the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) had failed to bring a witness to talk about his salaries. In this matter, Kampyongo and his wife, Wanziya Chirwa, are facing 12 counts of being in possession of property reasonably suspected of being proceeds of crime.
