THE Choma Subordinate Court has convicted and sentenced an Engineer at the Ministry of Water Development and a Director of Kalomo Construction Company to 12 months imprisonment each for corrupt practices. In a statement, Monday, ACC Head of Corporate Communications Timothy Moono stated that Titus Mukwamba, an Engineer at the Ministry of Water Development and Sanitation had been convicted on five counts of Corrupt Practices by a Public Officer.
