THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has convicted and sentenced a 23-year-old woman of Lusaka to 3 years simple imprisonment for stealing a 4-year-old child. Lusaka Magistrate Constance Kansankala has, however, suspended the entire sentence for a period of one year on condition that during the suspension, the now convict, Habiba Tembo, will attend counselling for a period of eight months, without missing any date of appointment.
