THE state has entered a nolle prosequi in favour of Lusaka businessman Sedrick Kasanda in the matter in which he was charged with aggravated robbery involving US$5 million. This was after Justice Chilombo Maka closed the state’s case when they failed to avail their Egyptian witnesses before court. But Kasanda has been rearrested for the same offence, lamenting that he doesn’t understand why he’s being kept in detention when there’s nothing he did wrong.
