A 44-YEAR-OLD nurse from Kalingalinga Clinic and two pharmacists have been dragged to the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for possession of sunscreen valued at K45, believed to belong to government. The sunscreen was found at a private pharmacy owned by the nurse, Bibian Makwinja, and is believed to have been stolen or unlawfully obtained. Makwinja, Smart Simakando, 43, an assistant pharmacist and Wisdom Chilamo, 27, a pharmacist, are charged with possession of property reasonably suspected to have been stolen or unlawfully obtained. Makwinja is also charged with theft by public servant.
