THE Economic and Financial Crimes Court has set December 6, 2024, as the date for judgement in the matter where the DPP is seeking the forfeiture of over 80 vehicles belonging to former president Edgar Lungu’s son, Dalitso, and his company to the state. The state had submitted that Dalitso, who had acquired “unexplained wealth” of about K31 million, had 16 properties scattered throughout the country and 21 vehicles registered under his name. They added that some of the vehicles belonging to his company were found parked at Ndozo lodge, while others were abandoned in Siavonga.
