THE Lusaka High Court has discharged the order for leave to commence judicial review it granted to three Constitutional Court Judges who were suspended by President Hakainde Hichilema. The court has also discharged its adjunct order for a stay of the Judicial Complaints Committee (JCC) proceedings. The High Court says the matter would force the court to delve into issues which are beyond its jurisdiction.
