THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has found four Ministry of Health workers with a case to answer in the matter where they are charged with theft involving over K2.5 million. In this matter, Malama Nkata, Judith Dzekedzeke, Hilton Kasanyika, and Langson Kampango, are facing two counts of theft by servant. In count one, Nkata, Dzekedeke and Kampango are charged with theft by public servant Contrary to Section 272 and 277 of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
