SOCIALIST Party president Fred M’membe has urged Chief Justice Dr Mumba Malila to intervene in cases of seditious practices and hate speech by giving direction on how they should be handled. M’membe made the appeal yesterday after he appeared before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for mention in his seditious practices case, which Lusaka Resident Magistrate Ireen Phiri adjourned to February 25, 2025, for mention and fixing of trial dates.
