FORMER University of Zambia (UNZA) vice chancellor Professor Luke Mumba yesterday u-turned on his earlier testimony where he admitted to producing a confidential document; a lease between UNZA and Graduare Property Development, in his bundle of documents without authority from the Institution. Professor Mumba, who had earlier told the court that the document was in his possession by virtue of his position and having not handed over documents after his contract was terminated, told the court that he was given the document by Graduare Property Development Board Chairman Collins Sitali shortly after the article he complained against was published.
