A LIVINGSTONE businessman has sued First National Bank Zambia Limited (FNB) demanding an order for damages for breach of trust, confidence, and inconvenience after his account was seized by the state. Innocent Shula, who has also sued the Attorney General and Gift Ilunga, a police officer based at Livingstone Central Police is also seeking an order of damages for loss of business and profits against the trio.
