ATTORNEY General Mulilo Kabesha says Edgar Lungu’s family has no right to dictate to the state how the state funeral should be conducted, as the late former president did not specify in his will how or where he should be buried. Kabesha has further told the South African High Court that the Zambian Constitution vests executive authority in President Hakainde Hichilema, therefore, he has the final say regarding Lungu’s burial place.
