THE Lusaka High Court has adjourned trial in the matter in which Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA) Accountant Francis Chipyoka and three others are accused of murdering IBA Director General Guntila Muleya. High Court Judge Vincent Siloka has adjourned the case to allow the defence lawyers to study the Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking report of the vehicle hired by one of the accused persons. In the previous sitting, a state witness, Opulent Trek Car Hire and Tours Director Comfort Choolwe, presented a GPS tracking report for a maroon Toyota RAV4, registration number BAR 8049, hired by police officer Caleb Zulu on July 23, 2024.
