Nkana coach Beston Chambeshi says nothing would be out of the ordinary if his side wins the Barclays Cup final on 10th Novemeber against Young Green Buffaloes (YGB) because that winning was normal at the club.
He also said the excitement for reaching the cup finals was still fresh among the players and management.
In an interview with Goal Diggers! Chambeshi said his outfit was in high spirits and was not bemoaning anything in terms of preparation for the final.
“I have no injuries at all, the morale is high and the mood has already been set. We are just waiting for the day and hopefully add another trophy to our cabinet,” Chambeshi boasted.
Chambeshi also extended his words of encouragement to YGB for reaching the final of the tournament. He acknowledged that it had not been easy for the Division one side to navigate through super division teams all the way to the final.
“They really should be applauded because it is not easy to find your way through the senior teams. Their coaches and of course players themselves are doing a great job. It is one of the reasons we are not going to underrate them,” summed Chambeshi.
The Barclays final will be on 10th November at the National Heroes stadium in Lusaka.
