INCUMBENT Chess Federation of Zambia (CFZ) president Mukubulo Chilufya says he is re-contesting his position in order to continue with his chess development agenda should he be given a second chance by delegates. The CFZ will hold it’s Elective Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Henry Courtyard Lodge in Mansa on October 29. According to the CFZ constitution, affiliated Zones are entitled to five delegates attending the AGM. Delegates representing Zones will have their relevant credentials available for presentation to the CFZ Executive Committee prior to the commencement of the election. The statutes further guide that Zones in arrears with payment of Affiliation fees shall not be permitted to take part in any of the activities of the Chess Federation...
