THE Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) says only two local coaches have so far expressed interest in the vacant national team coaching job. Speaking in an interview, Monday, FAZ general secretary Adrian Kashala said there has been a low turnout of applications from the local coaches. Kashala said the FA had continued to receive unsolicited applications from foreign coaches with about 20 expressing interest. “We have close to zero percent from the local coaches. As of today, I have only received two applications from local coaches who I can’t disclose but 20 applications are from foreign coaches, mostly from Europe.
