JUDO national team coach Lipimile Moola says there is a need to come up with a strategic plan in a bid to qualify athletes for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Moola says the more events judokas attend, the higher the likelihood of them making the Olympic Games. Africa will host seven championships in the 2023 International Judo Federation (IJF) calendar with Tunisia, Algeria, Angola, Cote d’Ivoire, Niger, Senegal, and Cameroon hosting the events on the continent.
