ZAMBIA Premier League (ZPL) Chairperson Kephas Katongo is optimistic that poor officiating and alleged match-fixing incidents will be mitigated as the league season resumes this weekend after the AFCON break. Prior to the AFCON break, the game was marred by incidences of poor officiating and allegations of match-fixing by some stakeholders.
