The Matero Local Court has ordered a Lusaka woman to pay her boyfriend’s wife K5,000 for insulting her. In this case, Mariah Musimuko of 13 Miles dragged Carol Mukuma to court, seeking compensation for a series of insults, including explicit remarks about sleeping with her husband. Musimuko, 41, told the court that Mukuma, 34, had called her a few weeks ago, asking her to go to a named lodge so that she could catch her husband in bed with another woman.
