A 54-year-old man of Kasupé has taken his 55-year-old wife to court seeking divorce, accusing her of being a thief who insults, beats him, and even teams up with their child against him. Mostard Namonga told the court that although he still loves his wife, Gladys Mwanza had made life unbearable by constantly insulting him and stealing from him. He alleged that Mwanza had taken his cows, maize, and even clothes, which she later sold without his consent. Namonga further claimed that his wife and their child sometimes joined forces to beat him and grab property meant for the entire family. “Mostard Namonga, I am 54 years old, I stay in Kasupe, I burn charcoal and I am a farmer....
