There’s no democracy in a country where an angry president orders arrests – Zuma

In this video, South African President Jacob Zuma says in a country where there is no democracy, there will be an angry president ordering police to arrest people.

Answering questions from journalists at WEF Africa 2017, Zuma boasts that he is very happy that South Africans have matured in democracy, saying people are free to say whatever is in their minds without being arrested.

Zuma further says he wishes he was a journalist or a columnist so that he can educate people on democracy and the people’s right to protest.
