Zambia’s High Commissioner to Ghana, Rayford Mbulu has died.

Mbulu who is also former deputy Minister of Labour and Foreign Affairs died, Wednesday around 02:00 hours after a short illness.

Foreign Affairs Minister Joseph Malanji has confirmed the development to News Diggers in an interview.

“Yes he died after a short illness. He was here in Zambia and flew back to Ghana and died this morning. He died about 2am,” Malanji said.

The late Mbulu who was born on February 4, 1960 also served as Kalulushi member of parliament from 2011 to 2016.
