PF MEMBER Chishimba Kambwili says he will not apologise for his tribal remarks because he is the victim in the situation. And Kambwili has apologised to the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) for holding public rallies during the ban. Speaking after he held a meeting with ECZ, Thursday, Kambwili said he had appealed to the commission over its decision to ban him from participating in campaign activities. He added that the public rallies were not intentional. “We have just had a cordial meeting with the Electoral Commission of Zambia. I was accompanied by Mr Edwin Lifwekelo, the deputy media director. We should have been joined by Mr Malanji, the chairperson for elections, unfortunately, he is very far in the campaign....
