LOCAL Government and Rural Development Minister Gary Nkombo says it would take government up to 40 years to clear the outstanding debt accrued from feeder and township road projects across the country, without undertaking any new projects. Delivering a ministerial statement in parliament, Tuesday, Nkombo said the actual amount being owed was yet to be fully reconciled with the National Road Fund Agency (NRFA).
