TRANSPARENCY International Zambia (TIZ) executive director Maurice Nyambe says the failure by the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) to fully enforce the provisions of the Electoral Code of Conduct contributed to the high number of election petitions, which has resulted in the nullification of some PF parliamentary seats.
