A CONSORTIUM of people with disabilities has petitioned President Hakainde Hichilema to create a Ministry of Disability, make Sign Language an eighth national language as well as appointments, among other issues. The consortium presented the petition which had 158 signatures from persons with disabilities to the President through the Vice-President’s office on Friday.
